Delays or limitations occurred due to third-party data sources (e.g., NMVTIS, service provider downtime).
You placed a duplicate order without contacting us first to resolve the issue.
To ensure fair processing and service integrity:
If you believe there is an issue with your report, you must first contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or dispute.
Disputes raised without contacting support may result in a 30% administrative fee deducted from your total refund (if approved) to cover dispute resolution and processing costs.
Chargebacks for fulfilled and delivered reports will be contested using technical evidence, including delivery confirmation, IP logs, and order records.
